as most of you know, I’m a one-woman show over here! I’m the only one answering calls/messages AND providing your services, so when I’m with a client, I can’t always answer right away. my work phone also stays at the studio on the days I am closed.

I know there are very mixed reviews regarding AI technology, so that’s why I want to ask you all what you would prefer. my booking site just launched an AI receptionist option that would be able to answer calls/texts 24/7 and help with things like booking, rescheduling, cancellations, and basic questions.

I’m looking at this simply as a convenience option for you for those times I’m unavailable, not as a replacement for me. would you prefer having the option to get an immediate response, or would you rather wait and speak directly with me when I’m back at my phone? 🤍
