We offer yoga class on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30 for all levels. Starting January 24th, we'll have class Saturdays at 8:30am.
Our resident teacher is Liz Andrade. She is a registered yoga teacher who values the importance of a safe and fun practice. She pays close attention to the needs of each student and works with them to create an engaging and comfortable environment.
