- BEFORE YOU BOOK
Please take a moment to review the following policies before scheduling your appointment. By booking with Nurse Injector Anna, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the policies below.

- DEPOSITS
A $10-75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Deposits may be transferred one time when an appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours notice.

- CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service.

A no-call/no-show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments with Nurse Injector Anna.

If you are feeling sick or experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact me to reschedule your appointment.

- LATE ARRIVALS
A 10-minute grace period is provided.

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be subject to a $15 late fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, modified, rescheduled, or canceled to avoid affecting other clients scheduled appointment times.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you know you are running late.

- APPOINTMENT TIMES
Please allow enough time for your scheduled treatment. Appointment length will vary depending on the service, consultation, and treatment plan.

I prioritize safety, quality, and individualized care and will never rush your treatment.

- INJECTABLE & TREATMENT POLICIES
Consultations: Treatment recommendations are individualized and will be based on your goals, medical history, assessment, and professional judgment. A requested treatment may not always be appropriate or recommended.

Treatment Eligibility: For your safety, treatment may be postponed or declined if there is a contraindication or concern that makes the service inappropriate at the time of your appointment.

Results: Every client responds differently to aesthetic treatments. Results, longevity, and the number of treatments needed can vary from person to person, and specific results cannot be guaranteed.

- FOLLOW-UPS & TREATMENT CONCERNS
If you have any concerns following your treatment, please contact Nurse Injector Anna so your concerns can be appropriately evaluated.

Some injectable treatments require time for the final result to develop. Any recommended follow-up or assessment should be completed within the appropriate timeframe discussed at your appointment.

No refunds are offered for services that have already been performed.
