When we planned JetSet Jabs, I knew Anguilla was the perfect place to bring this travel-friendly category to life. The goal was to create workouts you could take anywhere, whether you’re on vacation, at home, or simply want to move without any equipment.

A few more Anguilla memories because apparently I’m unpacking my camera roll at the same speed I’m unpacking my suitcase. 😆
A little appreciation post for the guy who definitely did not sign up to be my cameraman, yet listens to me talk about Boxing And Bubbles approximately 97% of the day and entertains more of my ideas than he probably should.

Backhand, Brunch, Bubbles, B&B & Biz Wipes 🎾🥂
Finally learned my backhand today! Pretty sure I’m officially obsessed.
Obviously wore some of the new Boxing And Bubbles merch for the occasion, then celebrated with brunch and bubbles. As one does. Balance. 😜
And please enjoy the last video where Brett shamelessly plugs his MANGROOMER Biz Wipes (which I actually love!) and schools us on the meaning of “scat.” Meanwhile, I’m questioning his taste in music.

Felt like a good day to sprinkle a little movement, sunshine, and positivity into your feed.
This week’s JetSet Jabs release is a Full Body Blast, and I have a feeling this new category may have been a little underestimated. If you’ve pushed play on one yet, I think you know exactly what I mean 😉
I put so much thought into programming these equipment-free workouts to challenge your body and get you moving in different ways, without needing a single dumbbell. And the Anguilla views? We’re certainly not complaining. 🌴
Full Body Blast is a straightforward 30-minute, full-body bodyweight strength snack that can easily be your one-and-done workout for the day. Three rounds. Five exercises. Strength, balance, coordination, and a pinch of cardio, with your warm up and cool down included.
But don’t take my word for it...
