I have several LED and Laser Light Therapy devices, masks and panels. Most of them have a combination of red and near infrared wavelengths (best for overall skin health). These also have blue (for acne), some others also have yellow and green. The newest masks may include laser, 1064 or 1072nm deeper near infrared and I am testing them now. Consistency is key with light therapy but it is an easy routine. Just turn them on and relax! Black is sold out and only 2 left of the beige style!
