Your body doesn’t always wait until something hurts to ask for attention.
Sometimes it’s a stiff neck you keep stretching.
Sometimes it’s waking up tired.
Sometimes it’s simply realizing you can’t remember the last time you felt completely relaxed.
You don’t have to wait until discomfort becomes your normal.
Regular massage can be a simple way to give your body the attention it needs — before it starts demanding it.
If you’ve been thinking about booking a massage, maybe this is your sign.

Why can two one-hour massages cost completely different amounts?
We often choose a massage therapist based on two things: price and duration. But the same hour doesn’t always mean the same result.
For me, a massage starts with understanding your body — where you hold tension, what bothers you, your lifestyle, and what your body actually needs.
I don’t follow one routine for everyone. Every body requires a different approach.
That’s why I prefer to see fewer clients and give each person my full attention — without rushing or working on autopilot.
Behind the price of a massage are years of experience, knowledge, practice, attention to detail, and continuous growth.
I’m not trying to be the cheapest therapist. I want you to feel the difference — during the session and afterwards.
If you’d like to find the right approach for your body, send me a DM 🤍
Massage isn’t always safe — and that’s not just a disclaimer. It’s simply how the body works.
As a massage therapist, one of the most important things for me is your health. Massage should help you relax, release tension, and feel better — not make an existing condition worse.
That’s why there are certain situations when massage is contraindicated or requires medical clearance first.
Blood clots or clotting disorders
Massage can increase circulation, which may be dangerous when a clot is present.
Active cancer treatment
Some techniques may not be appropriate during active treatment without your doctor’s approval.
Fever, acute inflammation, or infection
When your body is already fighting something, adding physical stress through massage may interfere with recovery.
This isn’t about turning anyone away. It’s about knowing when massage is appropriate — and when your body needs something else first.
So before we begin, I’d rather ask one extra question than make an assumption.
If you’re unsure whether massage is right for you, send me a DM. We can discuss your situation and go over the details together.
Your health always comes first 🤍
The tension didn’t build in a day. It won’t disappear in one session either — but it’s a start.
If it’s been a while since you gave your body real attention, this might be the moment to.

Your time is valuable. Your body deserves the same level of care✨
A massage isn’t just an hour you take out of your schedule. It’s an investment in how you feel, move, sleep, and recover in the days that follow.
No rush. No distractions. Just your time, expert touch, and focused attention on your body.
Because feeling your best shouldn’t be a luxury you keep putting off.

A foam roller can help relax your muscles. But it can’t actually feel your body.
It doesn’t know where the real tension is and where you’re simply feeling discomfort. It can’t adjust the pressure at the right moment. And it can’t reach the areas you simply can’t work on yourself.
That’s why stretching, foam rolling, and self-massage sometimes only provide temporary relief.
Hands work differently — they can feel how your body responds and adjust accordingly.
If you keep coming back to the same area of tension, maybe it doesn’t need more pressure. Maybe it needs more precise work.
📩 DM me if you’d like to book a session. I only have a few spots left this week.

One of the most important things in my work is your health.
Massage should be a way to relax, release tension, and work with issues that don’t require medical treatment. It should support your body and help you feel better — not make your condition worse.
That’s why there are certain situations when massage is contraindicated or requires medical clearance first.
Blood clots, active cancer treatment, fever, acute inflammation, or infection are just a few examples when massage may not be the right choice at that moment.
This isn’t about turning someone away. It’s about knowing when the body needs hands-on work — and when it needs time to recover or a doctor’s approval first.
Before every session, I’d rather ask one extra question than make an assumption.
