Perfect fan creation ✨ Pinching technique

One of the most important parts of volume lashes is creating a clean, symmetrical fan.

I’m gently holding the base of the lashes while carefully opening the extensions to create the perfect fan shape.

A clean base = better retention, lighter feel, and a more luxurious final result.

During this refill, I noticed a lot of anagen lashes, which are baby lashes still in their early growth stage.

With anagen lashes, we always need to be extra careful and use shorter extensions, so they blend naturally into the lash line without putting too much weight on the natural lash.

We never overload baby lashes, because healthy lash growth should always be the priority.

A good lash artist always works with the natural lash cycle, not against it.

A lot of people think beginners struggle because they’re not talented enough.
But honestly, that’s usually not the problem.
Most beginners struggle because they try to learn everything alone from random videos online without understanding proper isolation, direction, lash mapping, or retention.
Lashes are very detail-oriented.
And small mistakes create big problems later.
That’s why having real guidance and correction in the beginning can completely change your progress.

The difference between beginner work and luxury work is usually technique, not products.
