Don’t trust. Verify.
Proof of Work isn’t just Bitcoin consensus. It’s how I coach and how I live.
Sep 2023 → Sep 2025. Same rear-angle. More lats, triceps, delts, and lower back. Symmetry up.
I train myself the same way I train clients.
✅ Programs I follow myself
✅ Weekly check-ins
✅ Progress pics
✅ Practicing what I preach
Most weeks it’s 3 sessions:
• Upper day
• Lower day
• Calisthenic skills or mobility session — and on time-crunched weeks I make this a full-body lift to hit every major muscle group at least once
Goal: hit each major muscle group at least once per week, twice on good weeks.
Cardio standards:
🏃🏼♂️ 150 min moderate or 75 min vigorous each week
🚶🏼♂️ 10,000 steps daily
🏃🏼♂️ 1–6 mile runs a few times per month
⚡ 20–100 m sprints at least once a month
This is the minimum effective dose.
Lean. Athletic. Repeatable while building a business and working as a clinical and retail pharmacist.
Bitcoin is better money. I help Bitcoiners and busy professionals build better bodies.
Stack SATs. Get fit. 💪🏼

Age isn’t the biggest muscle-killer after 40—lack of movement is.
Research shows muscle mass declines roughly 3–5 % per decade after 30, but being sedentary supercharges that drop. In fact, physical inactivity is a far stronger predictor of sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss) than aging itself (bmcgeriatr.biomedcentral.com).
And when people stay—or get—active, their muscle strength and mass hold up. Those maintaining consistent resistance training see no significant lean mass decline into their 70s or beyond (tomsguide.com).
Here’s the bottom line:
The body wants to stay strong.
Inactivity lets it slip.
But smart, consistent movement and nutrition—not the calendar—decides your strength.
Your move? Lift, move, stretch… and keep going. Because you’re not behind the clock—you’re ahead of it.

Take your "me" time.
I thought I had to become the perfect person before I started helping others.
The truth is, I've made more personal growth since I started, particularly in the last few months.
Most people can probably identify because I was giving good advice to others but wasn't taking it myself.
I had hired a business coach but I wasn't taking his advice.
I stopped with my excuses and started doing the work.
I did things his way before I made it my own.
That's my advice to you.
If I'm farther along the path that you want to go down then take my advice.
Only after you've had success should you start your remix.
Don't wait until everything feels perfect because your ego and insecurity want you to be comfortable.
Growth is not comfortable.
Look inward and challenge the parts of you that are holding you back, that are clinging to the status quo.
Take your "me" time to meditate on the life you want to live.
Imagine the habits and behaviors of the person living the life that you want and you'll probably see that it's not what you're currently doing but you already know that.
You can totally do this on your own but I can help you get there much faster.
Namaste.

Ladies, let’s talk.
I was raised by a strong single mom.
I was close with my grandma until she passed recently.
My sister and I are still tight.
And I’ve always had girlfriends—romantically and platonically.
So this one’s from the heart 💜
One thing I hear all the time:
“I don’t want to get bulky.”
But the truth is… you literally can’t—you don’t produce enough testosterone for that.
Even Halle Berry, in her 50s and lifting heavy for years, still has her feminine curves.
Strength training won’t make you bulky.
It’ll make you strong, confident, and resilient.
✅ Boosts confidence
✅ Builds bone density
✅ Improves cognitive health as you age
👉🏾 (yes, that’s backed by a real twin study!)
Just because you’ve always had good genetics doesn’t mean you shouldn’t train.
Fitness is about more than looks—it’s about quality of life.

My high school class voted me: Most Outgoing.
18 years later and I'm still on that.
Took my first Mat Pilates class last Thursday.
To be a good leader, you must first be a good follower.
I stand in gratitude for the lessons I've learned along the way.

Seven years ago, I couldn’t have pictured a moment like this.
I believed work and personal life had to be kept completely separate.
Today, I'm grateful to say that belief has evolved.
This event — bringing yoga, mobility, and mindfulness to fellow pharmacy professionals — felt like a small way to return the favor to colleagues who helped me grow along the way.
To guide them in movement, to share breath and reflection, and to see how the seeds of wellness can take root in others — it's something I don't take lightly.
Growth isn’t just about climbing ladders.
It's about connection, service, and gratitude.
Thank you to everyone who came out and trusted me to lead.
This meant more than you know.

This was my favorite outfit when this picture was taken.
I wasn’t supposed to have my basketball, my baseball glove, or even my hat on for the photo…
But 8-year-old me?
I had to let people know—I was about that life!
And in a way, not much has changed.
I’m not playing kid games anymore.
This is real life.
But I still carry that same fire.
The same passion.
The same drive to express who I am—loud and unapologetic.
Only now, I back it up with action.
I train. I lead. I show up.
Not just for aesthetics,
But to build a life that little Jae would be proud of.
