IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION ABOUT MAGNETIC TATTOO REMOVAL®, ITS PATENTS AND MY PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Following several recent professional discussions, I would like to clarify certain important facts regarding Magnetic Tattoo Removal®, the intellectual property protecting the system, its intended application and my own professional background.

I am sharing this information in the interest of transparency, education and the responsible use of our technology by certified technicians worldwide.

1. TWO DISTINCT PATENTED ELEMENTS

Magnetic Tattoo Removal® brings together two separately protected innovations.

THE MAGNETIZED-NEEDLE INVENTION

I am the inventor and patent holder of the device comprising magnetized needles used within the Magnetic Tattoo Removal® protocol.

The United States patent is:

The patent document expressly identifies tattoo removal as one of the intended applications of the magnetized-needle invention.

On page 1, the patent states that the device may be “particularly useful for tattoo removal.” It further explains that the method may be used on the skin or lips and that the compound concerned may be tattoo pigment.

I am sharing the relevant patent page with these passages highlighted so that every professional can read the official wording directly.

THE INK EXTRACTOR

The E-Dermis Ink Extractor is separately patented by the U.S. laboratory responsible for its development and manufacture.

It is important to understand that the solution itself is not magnetic. The magnetic element of the MTR system is the patented needle technology.

The complete Magnetic Tattoo Removal® system therefore combines:

• The patented magnetized-needle invention
• The separately patented Ink Extractor
• The appropriate professional equipment
• The official MTR application protocol
• Specific aftercare and professional training

A liquid should never be judged solely by its appearance, texture or apparent similarity to another product. Two solutions may look similar while having different formulations, properties, manufacturing standards and intended protocols.

2. MAGNETIC TATTOO REMOVAL® IS A DISTINCT CONCEPT

Magnetic Tattoo Removal® is not saline removal, acid removal, TCA removal, Rejuvi, RF or laser.

These techniques use different mechanisms and should not be grouped together simply because they share the general objective of reducing or removing tattoo pigment.

Laser works by targeting and fragmenting pigment particles. The fragmented material is then gradually processed by immune cells and transported through lymphatic pathways. Depending on the pigment composition, wavelength, skin type and treatment history, laser treatment may reveal residual colours such as red, orange, yellow, green, blue, grey or purple. Multiple sessions are generally required, complete clearance cannot always be guaranteed, and eyebrow-hair density may sometimes be affected.

Saline, alkaline and acidic removal systems also follow their own mechanisms and protocols. Their outcomes and potential risks depend greatly on the formulation, depth of application, technique, number of sessions, healing response and experience of the practitioner.

Magnetic Tattoo Removal® works according to its own patented concept: magnetized needles, the dedicated Ink Extractor and a controlled professional protocol. It must therefore be evaluated according to its own mechanism, documented cases and official training—not as though it were another removal method.

3. MTR IS A PROCESS, NOT A ONE-SESSION PROMISE

No responsible non-surgical tattoo-removal method should promise the complete removal of every tattoo in one session.

The number of sessions required may vary according to:

• The type and composition of the pigment
• The colour and density of the tattoo
• The depth at which the pigment was implanted
• The age of the tattoo
• Previous laser or chemical-removal treatments
• The condition and healing capacity of the skin
• The technician’s adherence to the protocol
• The client’s aftercare and individual response

Magnetic Tattoo Removal® does not guarantee a predetermined number of sessions. Our responsibility is to provide an appropriate protocol, professional education, realistic expectations and continued technical support.

4. WHY PROFESSIONAL PROTOCOLS EVOLVE

An updated protocol does not mean that the original training was inaccurate.

Responsible innovation requires observation, documentation, research and continuous improvement. As the inventor, I continue to evaluate real cases, treatment responses, aftercare and professional feedback.

When we identify a way to simplify a procedure, improve consistency, support the skin or reduce the number of additional products technicians must purchase, we update our educational materials and share the improvement with our professional community.

This is the purpose of continued research and professional development.

However, results from Magnetic Tattoo Removal® can only be evaluated accurately when the official MTR protocol is followed.

If a technician independently combines MTR with saline, acids, laser, RF or other products and machines, the outcome cannot automatically be attributed to Magnetic Tattoo Removal®. A combined procedure must not be presented to clients as a treatment performed exclusively with the official MTR protocol.

5. MY PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

I have never claimed to be a medical doctor, and I do not present myself as one.

My professional identity is that of an inventor, researcher, trainer and practitioner specialising in permanent makeup and tattoo-removal technologies. My educational background includes studies in dentistry, together with decades of professional experience in permanent makeup, skin-related aesthetic procedures, product development and international training.

I have worked in the permanent makeup field since 1996 and have dedicated many years to the research, development and international education of Magnetic Tattoo Removal®.

The value of my work rests on my inventions, patents, professional experience, documented cases, continuing research and the results obtained by trained technicians internationally—not on claiming a title that I have never claimed.
