I’m sensing a shift in the world of bridal photography. A world where it’s no longer acceptable to deliver cookie cutter images and equipment matters as much as the product and clients satisfaction. The same thing goes for makeup and hair. Most brides want a version of the same look. We as artists in the bridal industry have the task of immersing ourselves in the fine details and developing nuances which embody a MOOD setting every wedding apart. I’m thrilled to work with artisans who collaborate with their clients in a way that now elevate the industry to a unknown standard.

Lauren wasn’t only a bride. She was a gatekeeper to a version of my work which feels completely brand new.

She’s a doctor now but I met her as the little sister of my late partner and fiancé Miguel. Although he and I never shared our nuptials, his family and I grew closer through the years of his loss. We remember him and honor him by being family. Our love is strong and so is our will to stay together as one.
