My parents told me it was a choice when I was a kid, I could choose to live originally or have that family. Today as an adult I feel bad for people who see it as a choice, bc the reality is if you conform you never live your most authentic original big ol beutiful life, no one that truly loves you in a healthy way would put this ultimatum on you.

since the accident I kept my protien intake +150g a day, I walk ~10k steps, do pull ups, push ups, body weight squats, hinges, and single leg squats at home. Day by day I get a little better, but I can’t wait to be back in a gym though missing it so badd ❤️‍🩹

Check out my pinned tutorial on how to do it safely 🫶🏼🤍 Brick X Brick Athletics
