Dr. Mooni rarely looks at one thing in isolation…🧩
A headache might lead to a question about sleep. Fatigue might lead to digestion. Your pulse may reveal something worth exploring, while a detail in your history can help another piece fall into place.
That’s the heart of a consultation with Dr. Mooni. He listens, observes, asks questions, and follows the connections before deciding where care should begin.
Come as you are, tell us what you’ve been feeling, and we’ll take the time to understand it together. Book your consultation at Evolv Wellness 🗓️
Self-care is kinda chic. 💆♀️✨ Making time for yourself? Even chicer.
Consider this your sign to book the massage, try the Ayurvedic treatment, and romanticize your wellness routine. 🌿

Why the red light? 🔴
At Evolv, red light therapy is built into our massage experience and incorporated into acupuncture treatments, allowing multiple therapies to work together in a single session.
While you rest, our therapeutic red and near-infrared light lamp complements your treatment by encouraging circulation, muscle relaxation, reduced stiffness, easier movement, and an overall sense of restoration.
More than one way to care for your body, all in the time you’ve already set aside for yourself. 🌿

Meet the hands behind Evolv Wellness. 🤲
Isury, Yaine & Ahmed bring 30+ years of combined experience to the treatment table, with backgrounds spanning physical therapy, reflexology, therapeutic bodywork, and Ayurvedic therapies.
Their training runs deep, but so does their intuition. Each has a unique ability to read the body through touch, find where tension is hiding, and adjust their technique based on what they feel rather than following the same routine every time.
Three therapists. Three unique approaches. One shared gift for helping people feel better in their bodies.
We couldn’t be more grateful for the skilled hands, heart, and healing they bring to Evolv every day. 🙏
There’s an art to reflexology. 🦶✨
Using intentional pressure on specific points of the hands and feet, reflexology helps encourage deep relaxation, ease tension, support circulation, and bring the body back into balance.
Your hands and feet work for you all day, every day. Think of reflexology as their chance to recharge, recover, and reset. 🔋🌿 Book your session at Evolv Wellness.

Meet the wellness essentials 30+ years in the making 🤝
After decades of seeing the same wellness needs show up in practice, Dr. Mooni curated the formulas he reaches for most into a collection designed for real life: stress, sleep, digestion, energy, longevity, hormonal balance & more.
The formulas you know haven’t changed. They just got a new look and a new home online.
Not sure what goes with what? We’ve also added common pairings throughout the site, so you can easily discover formulas that complement each other based on your wellness goals.

We live in an overstimulated world, but we don’t have to absorb all of it.
Dr. Mooni’s reminder: breathe deeply, slow the heart, quiet the urge to overanalyze, and lead with love and care. When we move through the day grounded in the heart instead of consumed by the mind, the noise around us doesn’t have to become noise within us.
Embrace the day. Don’t let the day consume you. 🤍
There’s a depth to this work that goes far beyond the needles. 🌿
It’s watching someone walk in carrying pain, stress, exhaustion, or simply not feeling like themselves, and seeing them leave a little lighter. It’s earning someone’s trust, supporting them through different seasons of life, and sometimes becoming part of a healing journey that unfolds over years.
After 36+ years, that privilege is still at the heart of why Dr. Mooni does what he does. Helping someone feel better is meaningful. Being trusted to care for them is something even greater. ✨
