Happy Yoga Day!

I started my yoga practice in November of 2017 and I have absolutely loved this journey, my journey which is imperfect - like me. What I love most about it is it’s constancy - it’s always there, it doesn’t judge, I can always count on it to get me through things I didn’t even think we’re rumbling inside my head. In the end, it’s helped me learn, cry, heal.

Don’t think of this as a flexibility challenge, because it’s not, think of it as connecting to your body and soul.

This week has taught me that as long as you keep up the fight, you will never lose... you can’t let the external bring you down, all you can do is give your best and let the chips fall where they may - that, no one can take away from you
