🌲 250PV - 5ml Myrrh

Oh friends you know how much I love me some oils of ancient scripture right?! 😍 Like Raindrop oils, they are oils that do “all the things” 😉. High in sesquiterpenes, Myrrh can stimulate the limbic system, the seat of memory, so it’s a wonderful oil to use to work on past stored emotional trauma that is yours or that you could have inherited 😬. If you have “mommy issues” you might want to put a drop of Myrrh around your belly button daily - just saying. 🤷‍♀️ Aromatically, it encourages spiritual awareness and is uplifting. 🙌🏻 It’s also a wonderful oil for youthful skin.

Myrrh promotes spiritual awareness and is uplifting. It contains sesquiterpenes which stimulate the limbic system of the brain {the center of memory and emotions}, and the hypothalamus, pineal, and pituitary glands. The hypothalamus is the master gland of the human body producing vital hormones including thyroid and growth hormone. So if you want to love on your hormones and thyroid, use your Myrrh.

I love dabbing Myrrh around my sinuses too! This is also a wonderful oil for your skin. Add to your moisturizer or even just apply topically to your skin. It is hydrating and gentle. Myrrh can also help hold the aroma in your DIY roller blends. Add a drop of Myrrh and you will notice the aroma holds and is more powerful to the nose. I also do this with my wool dryer balls - I will add Myrrh to them and other oils. The Myrrh helps hold the aroma. If you have a newborn, a drop of Myrrh mixed into 2ml of coconut oil and then dropped on the cord will make magic happen!

✨ Uses for Myrrh:
Diffuse for a calming and grounding aroma.
Add a few drops to epsom salts for a relaxing foot bath or soak in the tub.
Use this during your nightly skincare routine for youthful skin.
Dilute with V-6 carrier oil and apply to the spine and feet for immune support.

Believe Essential Oil is an INCREDIBLE blend. It’s one of my absolute favorites!!!

Believe was formulated to help each person release their unlimited potential. So many things can hold us back if we allow them to. That's why I use Believe, to help me believe in the MORE that is within me, because I was created for so much more, AND SO WERE YOU! Believe helps to restore feelings of hope. If you are in a season of waiting, definitely use this oil.

Put a drop in your hands, cup your hands over your nose and mouth and take a few deep breaths. Relaaaax. Put it in the diffuser! Add a couple drops in epsom salt in your bath. Drop on your hair then brush or put on the crown of your head!

Let's talk about what's in it!

✨ Idaho Balsam Fir: opens emotional blocks (the things that hold us back) and recharges our energy. Gives feelings of strength and inner peace.
✨Coriander: awesome for stomach and health support.
✨ Bergamot: both uplifting and calming, and does a great job relieving stress and tension.
✨Frankincense: considered a holy anointing oil. It stimulates the limbic system of the brain (where we process emotions), helps us to overcome stress and feelings of despair. Frank is incredibly uplifting, which is why we love it for keeping up hope.
✨ Idaho Blue Spruce: grounding, stimulating to the mind, relaxing to the body.
✨ Ylang Ylang: It promotes relaxation, inspires feelings of romance, restores balance and equilibrium, helps to calm the mind, and is a great balancer of male and female energy. And it smells wonderful.
✨Geranium: I love this one to balance my moods, especially hormone-related ones.

The oils inside this blend are sage, spruce, rose, orange and lavender. It helps open the brain and helps you daydream again. When you are depressed, upset, angry etc, your vision is gone. You can’t see what’s actually possible. I love to use this one with Motivation too!
Sage and spruce are very opening to your heart. When that’s closed down you simply cannot have vision. You have to have the brain and the heart connected in order to have vision. It is also great for respiratory exchange of oxygen. You gotta breathe diaphragmatically, breathe into the gut, breathe into the brain, get the oxygen past that neocortex (logical) part of the brain to make that vision happen. Wow that’s cool!
Rose helps you feel more peaceful and full of joy! No one can focus on dreams and goals and vision when they are angry. A sense of peace and balance helps to promote positive visions. Rose is powerful in promoting the regeneration of new tissue. Did you know it takes 5,000 pounds of petals to make 1 pound of oil.
Orange is for all the happy feels! Do you diffuse citrus oils? If you do, you KNOW what I mean! It makes you happy happy happy!
Lavender is for the balance.

Acceptance is a beautiful blend of bergamot, geranium, frankincense, blue tansy, sandalwood and neroli!
The primary constituents are these -- 59% of linelol which gives it a beautiful fragrance. The linelols are your fragrance molecules. Geranial from Geranium is antibacterial and antifungal, the alpha pinene in Frankincense is for going beyond the blood/brain barrier with sesquiterpenes and is also immune modulating. Camalyzine in Blue Tansy is for dilating the biliary ducts in the liver for letting the gallbladder dump poison. Gallstones are from holding onto old resentments and old angers, so Acceptance can be a beautiful oil for letting go of past traumas.
Sandalwood is really a beautiful oil for the skin, as is Neroli. They are also both very, very powerful oils. The Acceptance blend can also be diffused for killing airborne bacteria. Frankincense and Blue Tansy really work well together in human growth hormone. What does that mean? It means that these two oils, working together with the anterior pituitary and the liver, help assist the liver in converting HGH to IGF-1's. {
