There are a limited number of free ongoing classes available to Veteran and Military personnel for Group Horsemanship in Bridgewater on Saturdays, 9:00-10:00 a.m. beginning 1/20/24. Through purposeful individual and group interactions with horses, participants will learn how to create safe, equal, and effective horse-human relationships, and may develop or improve essential life skills such as emotional regulation, communication skills, self-awareness, and self-confidence.

Well, it's be a while I know , but I'm back doing what I Love...teaching people about horses and how beautiful they are. These are some upcoming sessions I will be facilitating.
By honoring our Veteran this weekend, Easterseals Equine @ The Bridgewater Center will be offering these 6 week programs with a sponsorship for the first 6 veterans to enroll.
In these un-mounted " hands on" activities you will gain knowledge in basic horsemanship and equine behavior. Experience how fabulous horses are at teaching us how to set boundaries, build self-esteem and relationships. Learn to cope with change, practice being mindful and live in the moment, the way horses do.
