Walking…does a body good!

👉 Dr. Rowe shows how to decompress your whole back in SECONDS! This spinal decompression exercise is geared towards relieving pressure in the spinal discs of the upper, middle, and lower back. How it works is through a pulling motion, or TRACTION. Think of a very good stretch that helps open up the spine. This is effective in many ways, such as helping to decrease muscle and joint stiffness and taking pressure off pinched nerves (that may be causing sharp, shooting pains like sciatica). Also, you may find it gives back pain relief in as little as 30 SECONDS! The great part is, we're going to focus on the WHOLE BACK and SPINE. So if you're dealing with achy pain in the upper back, middle back, and lower back... this exercise is going to target from the base of the neck to the tailbone!
