Did you know that massage therapy is good for mental health? Today is World Mental Health Day! Massage therapy can help reduce stress and cortisol levels as well as release endorphins to help balance mood. It's especially wonderful for helping with depression and anxiety.

October 5th is World Teachers Day. We all know they could use a break and probably a massage! Teachers work so hard and do so much for their students. Show them the appreciation they deserve. Thank you, teachers, for all that you do!

Today, I officially begin my new position and new schedule as the full-time clinic director at the Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage!

This will be my last week at Healing Hands Therapy in North Royalton, Ohio. It is an absolutely wonderful place that I have enjoyed working at for the last 8 years. I will miss my coworkers and clients greatly. Please keep in touch! I have accepted a new position at the Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage in Middleburg Heights, where I have been working since April 2024. As of October 2nd, I will be working there as the new full-time clinic director! I will be doing massages in the clinic there as well. I am excited about this new chapter in my life and my career!
