You may think that scissors are a primitive instrument, but not in the hands of a professional, and especially not if you want to create a beautiful hairstyle.
You may have heard that baldness is inherited from the mother’s side of the family, but that is a myth. While male pattern baldness is genetic, it is determined by genes from both sides of your family.
If you suffer from dandruff, your barber will be able to help. Using moisturizing shampoo will help your scalp and reduce the amount of dead skin cells. Dandruff is caused by a fungus that feeds off the natural oils on your scalp.
Like many other professionals, barbers have a following and build a clientele so that once you have connected with someone in this shop, you will be able to find him or her any time you need the locks shorn. If your regular barber is not present, we can consult your haircut records.
Having good hair shouldn’t have to be something limited to once a month when you leave the barbershop. Rest assured that we’re committed to not only giving you a cut you’ll love, but also to helping you keep it up between your appointments.
Most hair grows an average of 1 mm per day. This equates to around 1-2 inches per month. Foods that are high in lean protein, vitamin A, zinc, iron, omega-3 fatty acids, and calcium promote healthy hair growth.
While a straight visible line at the nape of the neck is popular in men’s haircuts, it isn’t always ideal. If you have a thick neck, then you might want to consider a tapered look, as a blocked nape can make the neck look too wide.
