This sign represents so much more than meets the eye. This is a literal sign of hard work, resilience, tears, triumphs and it is physical proof that if you can dream it, you can do it.

This hasn't been an easy process. In fact, this has been the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. A lot of people don't know this, but we started the process of expanding Urban Indigo Hair Co. well over a year ago. It took over a year to get here and in that year I learned more than I could have ever imagined, and I am still learning every single day and I hope it never stops.

I have learned that I am stronger than I could have ever imagined. I have learned that my "why" is so driving and important to me that I won't give up. Even when things get really hard and I want to.

I dream about this space being full of successful, happy, valued and respected hairdressers. I dream about changing our industry for the better and I dream about all of the inclusivity and love that will happen here.

We are only at the beginning, but man these magical moments really make it all worth it.
