🚨 BOMBSHELL ALERT 🚨💣✨

Please welcome the newest addition to the IBC fam… LIV! ✂️

Liv has been with us since July, assisting the team and working hard to perfect her craft. She’s officially continuing her journey with us as an assistant while she grows her skills behind the chair—and she’ll also be opening up her books for new clients + hair models!

We’re so excited to have this beautiful girl joining our team and can’t wait for you guys to get to know her! 🤍

So… who’s ready to be Liv’s next hair model? 👀💇🏼‍♀️

Welcome to the villa, Liv! 🏝️💣
We’re so happy you’re here! 🖤

20 years.
I’m sitting here thinking about the girl I was in 2006—25 years old, Portuguese, hopeful, scared, and determined all at once. A girl who dreamed of owning her own salon and making people feel beautiful inside and out.

If my 25-year-old self could see me now… she would cry.
Not because the journey was easy, but because she never gave up. Because that little dream turned into a space filled with warmth, friendship, loyalty, and love.

To my incredible team—thank you for standing beside me, for believing in this place, and for bringing your hearts to work every day.
To my amazing clients—thank you for trusting me, for supporting me, and for growing with me over these 20 years. Some of you have been with me since day one, and your loyalty is something I’ll never take for granted.

My heart is full. Here’s to the girl who dreamed… and the woman who kept going. ✨🖤 IBC

2025 was a year of leveling up. To my incredible staff — thank you for your hard work, creativity, and dedication. To our clients — thank you for being the reason we do what we love.
2026, we’re coming for you with bigger dreams, bolder transformations, and endless gratitude. ✨

Happy New Year 🖤🎊
