Aloe Beautiful; L’ BRI with Heather Huf

Good morning, everyone!! ☀️

Happy Saturday!! 😃

Do you have any fun weekend plans?!?!

I’m going to do a little bit of cleaning around the house & some laundry & later on today I plan on taking my kiddos to an amusement park. 🎡

I’m also going to take a little bit of time for me today!!

I slept in today & I already slowly sipped on my morning cup of coffee. ☕️

I’m getting ready to treat myself to a little at-home spa sesh complete with my L’ BRI Skincare, facial exfoliator, body exfoliator, face mask, etc.

I may even soak my feet tonight if I’m feeling “WILD!!” 🤣🤣

Be sure to take a little bit of time for YOU today to relax!! What’s ONE thing that you’re going to do for YOU today?!?!

If you’re not sure what to do, here are a few ideas:

💚 Get outside in nature & soak up some FRESH air & SUNSHINE!! 🌞 Take a little walk, or run & get some exercise, if you’d like!! (EVEN better? Walk with a family member or a friend!! 😊)

💚 Make a little bit of time to do a hobby or an activity that you enjoy. (Read a good book, play a sport, cook a good meal, etc.)

💚 Take “THE” shower like what I’m doing today!! Exfoliate with a good body scrub, do a face mask, etc.

💚 Treat yourself to a massage &/or a mani &/or a pedi!! 💅 (You can even do the mani &/or the pedi at home, so they don’t have to cost a lot of money.) The point is to take a little bit of time for YOU to RELAX, REFRESH & RECHARGE!!! 🧖‍♀️

This is just ONE reason why it’s SO important to use a GOOD moisturizer!! (One without harsh, drying alcohols, parabens, sulfates, etc.)

YES!!! EVEN if you have oily skin &/or acne, you STILL need to use a non-greasy moisturizer!! 😘

Bwahahaha!! This is a TRUE story!!! 🤣🤣
