Over the past few weeks, a couple of our PAL kids had been asking about getting fresh haircuts. Wanting to make that happen for them, I reached out to Get Fresh Barber Shop .LLC and connected with the owner, Joey Fresh. Without hesitation, he graciously scheduled an appointment and welcomed them in.

Not only did Joey provide them with outstanding haircuts, but he also went above and beyond by gifting them brand new sneakers—with even more surprises still to come. He also made a promise to the kids: bring in strong report cards, and they’ll receive another free haircut.

Acts like this remind us that our success is built on meaningful partnerships and the generosity of individuals like Joey Fresh and his team. When a community truly invests in its youth, there is no limit to what can be achieved.
