Candles have a calming impact because of how the brain interprets odors. The smell of scented candles stimulates our limbic system, which is where our memories and emotions are stored.
Serotonin and dopamine are two hormones that can assist control mood.  As a result, the link between odors, memories, and emotions has an impact on our emotional state.
💌: Do you notice a difference when you burn candles? What's your favorite candle scent?
