On June 19, 1865, the last enslaved African Americans in Texas learned they were free …more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation.

We celebrate liberty, reflect on our history, and give thanks to God for His grace, mercy, and faithfulness through every generation. May we continue to walk in freedom, peace, purpose, and unity while honoring those who paved the way.

Sometimes you have to just change the game plan! Monday Night dates are so fun‼️

We don’t always have to boast or brag about our lives and our lifestyles, but there are moments in the journey that is shareable occasionally! Being married these days are not easy…. although we have spent 33+ years together we continue to learn more about ourselves and each other regularly. This is a life of endurance and I know only the strong survive! Enjoy every moment when you can…. then you won’t regret what you’ve done or didn’t do because you never know what may happen or what can happen. Always respect and be kind to one another in the house and out of the house! That means…Don’t ever get it twisted ‼️😂😉
