Feeling extra thankful this year — mostly because life shoved me out of my comfort zone and I actually thrived. I opened my own business (yes, I’m officially the boss 😌), and now I wax people, do hair, and treat faces like it’s an Olympic sport.

My kids are out here making me look good: my daughter rocking a 3.8 in nursing school, and my son leveling up in life like it’s his job. Proud is an understatement.

My daddy is a miracle in progress, my momma’s still shining bright and doing all the things, and my husband works hard with a smile like he’s trying to win Employee of the Year at home.

And my job? I get to work with my best friend and a team so supportive they deserve their own award.
