Nelly’s cancellation and reschedule policy

Good morning my beautiful clients. I’m taking a moment to reiterate my cancellation/no show policy. Please remember as nail tech and lash stylist I’m not paid hourly so last minute/hour cancellation is a lost for me. As it is difficult to fill a spot on short notice. With that being said I know and realize life will happen and I will do my best to consider emergency situations. I value your business and I ask you respect my business schedule policy. My policy has always been and will continuing to be the following:

* Please notify me within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. ** I do send out a courtesy text reminder of your appointment for your convenience. Please don’t wait until then if you know you need to reschedule or cancel .

* Any appointments canceled after confirming your appointment will be charge for full service booked .

* No shows and same days cancels with be charged in full of service booked.

* If you are late and change your service to accommodate your time. You will still need to pay for service that was originally booked. That time frame was booked especially for you and your service.

* If you show up 10/15 mins late to your appointment, the appointment will be canceled automatically and be charged as a no show. No expectations.

Your appointments are super important and I value you all! I understand schedule adjustments and exceptions will happen from time to time. All I ask in return is open communication and respectfully abide by the cancellation and rescheduling policy. Thank you all so much. Love y’all.
