This is such a great simple healthy option and less expensive than fast food!
EGG WHITE SAUSAGE BISCUITS INGREDIENTS
2 regular mouth mason jar lids
2 large egg whites, separated or 1/4 cup egg whites from the carton
1 Jimmy Dean turkey sausage patty
DIRECTIONS Place 2 regular mouth mason jar lids in a medium sized skillet over medium high heat. Lightly spray the skillet and the lids with cooking spray. Place 1 egg white or 2 tbsp egg whites from the carton in each mason jar lid. Pour a little less than 1/2 cup of water or enough water to cover the bottom of the skillet. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 3 minutes or until egg whites are cooked thoroughly. Remove the lids with egg whites from the skillet. Carefully remove the egg whites from the lids using a knife to loosen the edges of the egg whites from the lid if necessary.
Place heated sausage between the egg whites.
Enjoy! 1 Serving with 1/3 Lean

Today, on International Women's Day, I celebrate my liberation from a lifelong battle with obesity. I am free of the food chains that were binding me! This program not only addresses the food issues but also the wholeness of my wellbeingโmind, body, and soul. This aligns with so much of what I have been longing for in my life. The weight was the underlying issue of my self-worth or lack thereof.
The dress in this picture was brand new just before I started this program and was snug! I wore it a couple of weeks ago with a belt, but it is way too big! I am still working towards a healthy BMI number so...as the in the picture quote says,
"I may not be where I want to be, but thank God I am not where I used to be." - Joyce Meyer
This truth resonates deeply with my journey! I have officially lost 40 lbs in 4 months, and I am still in shock! I was initially hesitant to join this program due to my Achalasia diagnosis, afraid I wouldnโt stick with the plan. But I took that first step, and now, over 4 months later, it has been one of the best decisions of my life!!!

For the first time, Iโm excited about summer. Iโm still in weight loss phase, but Iโve had such non scale victory this week! So far, Iโve went from a size 14/16 and XL/1X to a 8 and M in 90 days. Iโm still soaking this excitement in!!!
