Hot stones are one of my favorite tools to incorporate into a custom session. ♨️
That soothing warmth just does something! ✨️
It can help warm up the muscles, encourage circulation, and make those areas that feel extra tense or stubborn a little easier to work with.
And, they don’t have to be the whole massage. You can book a 60 or 90 minute Hot Stone Massage, or add hot stones onto your regular custom massage when you just want a little extra warmth and relaxation.
You can even add them to a chair massage! Even through the draping, that added warmth can make the experience feel extra soothing. 🤍🌿
Basically... if you like being warm and cozy, you’ll probably like hot stones. 😂
