Ok I’m on a roll.

I know spray SPF’s are everywhere, but those formulas are really meant for the body. Plus it always burns my eyes if I use it on my face.
Went down a rabbit hole last night and found some great spray/makeup setting SPF options, specifically formulated for your face.

(Pls remember to reapply every 2 hours, if you can 😉)

Ok, I don’t mean to beat a dead horse but I heard of another lash tech in town doing lashes with only a certificate, not a license from .

If your girl has a cosmetology or esthetics license she can automatically perform lash extensions. Their license should be displayed but you can always ask to see it.

Lash companies offer a certificate for their training, this only covers how to apply extensions. What it doesn’t cover is proper sanitation of your room, implements etc.

That’s why the state of Texas requires an Eyelash Extension Specialty license at the very minimum.

Don’t you want the tweezers she just used on the previous client to be properly sanitized in barbicide rather than washed with dish soap?
Does she empty her trash daily? I know this may seem trivial but these things matter!

Always, always check to see if they are licensed from TDLR. It should look like the ones pictured.

Her space has super comfy recliners, I almost fell asleep. Everything in her room was very clean and sanitary.

When I’ve had teeth whitening in the past I’ve had a LOT of sensitivity during the treatment, bleached gums etc.
She prepped my gums by wiping vitamin E oil on them and very carefully applied the whitening gel.
I had zero discomfort, it was amazing.
