•ANNOUNCEMENT•

This will come as a shock to some, but most of you knew, I will be taking an indefinite maternity leave with no scheduled date of return.

At this time in my life, it is the most important to me and my family to be home with my baby. His baby days are so precious and fleeting, it is my current priority to soak in every possible moment and to be there for him as he grows.

While this decision has been far from easy, I know it’s the right one for my family right now. Don’t worry, I won’t be gone forever! My days behind the chair are far from over, but simply paused for now.

You will still see me boppin’ around Belle Cabana on occasion as I will be assisting in management to keep myself involved in the salon.

This isn’t goodbye, I promise ❤️

Our beautiful, healthy baby boy made his way into the world on April 20th 🤎

He is the light of our lives and we’re not taking a second of this chapter for granted.

Heading into my last week at the salon before our baby boy’s arrival and I’m waaaaaay more emotional about it than I thought I would be…

The decision I made a little over 3 years ago to take a different route with my career led me down such an incredible path. I had never imagined loving my job as much as I do. I get to see and enjoy so many people every day. I get an unbelievable creative outlet. I get the opportunity to make people feel good about themselves over and over again. It’s been my absolute joy to go to work every day, so to say I’m going to miss this is an understatement.

While I won’t be gone for long, the next 6+ months hold a lot of change. Of course it’s exciting, but also bittersweet. I hope you all know how much I will miss you while I’m away, and I hope that being a mom brings just as much fulfillment as I get out of the job that I love dearly.

One year ago my bestie followed her dream to open her own salon and boy has it been such a joyful ride! We’ve been working together for years now and our friendship has flourished over time! I am so proud to be a part of this salon, these wonderful stylists I get to call coworkers, and most of all proud to work in such a peaceful place.

Just wanted to remind everyone I have just 5 fully booked weeks left at the salon! If you have to cancel an appointment, you won’t be able to reschedule unless there’s a cancellation. Watch out for my stories for any last minute cancellations if you’re wanting to get in before I go 💕

•ANNOUNCEMENT•

I am not currently accepting new clients. As much as this pains me to do, I simply have no more room for new clients in the three months I have remaining of work before I take maternity leave. I truly never thought I would be busy enough to stop accepting new clients, and for that I THANK YOU. I thank you for your loyalty to me and my small business. It means the world to me. As for those new guests seeking a stylist, I have some amazing friends who would love to do your hair 💙 I will post again when my books are back open!
