I'm a nurse anesthetist , nurse practitioner, single mom, and dog mom to two Rhodesian Ridgebacks. ​​​​​​​​

As we age, the corners of our mouth begin to turn downward and we develop marionette lines. These are the lines that go from the corners of the mouth down to the chin. Filler was used strategically with two different techniques to provide a better foundation of support and also strengthen the skin at the lines. ​​​​​​​​

Note how, in addition to the great softening of the marionette lines, her jawline looks smoother and straighter, with a decreased amount of jowling. These two effects combine nicely to provide a more youthful appearance when this treatment is done. ​​​​​​​​

David, EWW! It's like cellulite on your chin, earning it the moniker "chinulite." And it isn't cute. This dimpling appearance, also known as pebble chin and peau d'orange (prince for orange skin), is caused by the mentalist muscle.
