Farmhouse Ale w. Honey⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Saison Brut is a bone-dry farmhouse ale that was brewed with the most aggressive amount of honey we have ever used for a project. To push those floral honey notes further, we also conditioned both the draft and bottles of this beer with additional Mountain House honey.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The result is a light-bodied Saison with a remarkable, dry finish, and a delightful effervescent profile that highlights spicy yeast and hay-like notes from a grist of Murphy & Rude Pale as well as Epiphany Malted Wheat.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Our original hope for this project was to display three unique honeys from Mountain House by conditioning portions of the beer with different honey, but in the end the base of wildflower honey we used on brew day end up overpowering the other three. Regardless, we are very pleased with the result from conditioning the beer with honey, and are excited to offer it as one beer that showcases a blend of four different honeys from Mountain House.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
