POV: You work for a small business and “other duties as assigned” gets a little too real.

One thing about small business—you truly never know what the day is going to throw at you. You can have the whole day planned out and suddenly… you’re wringing out laundry by hand.

But moments like this also remind me how thankful I am for my team. Even when I’m not there, they problem solve, pivot, handle business and keep things moving.

It takes a village to run a small business… and I’m pretty dang grateful for mine.
