Fascia Friday hot take... Have your client do active stretching while cup is on, so that you can continue to work other areas of the body. The palmar aponeurosis is a triangular, strong membrane that covers the hand's palmar surface. It's the central part of the palm's deep fascia, which is a thickened structure with little mobility. The palmar aponeurosis has three parts: central, lateral, and medial. The central portion is triangular, strong, and thick, and it's located in the middle of the palm. Great for massage therapists, chefs, Cosmetologists, computer workers, and surgeons. Pro tip, If you can't get the cup to stick, put a spot of castor oil.
