To our amazing guests-
We miss you all dearly! The new date for re-open was changed this past Monday, to May 15th. This is still a tentative date. We will be reaching out to our guests next week to work on rescheduling. Please be patient with us as we can only work so many days in a week, so many hours a day, to make up six weeks worth of canceled appointments along with our clients who already had appointments scheduled for May. This, coupled with the extra time we now have to take between each client to follow proper sanitation protocol as well as new regulations in response to this virus (that still have not been outlined for our state), will be challenging for us to say the least. Just know that we have everyone’s safety in mind and that we are doing everything we possibly can! Thanks for your patience and understanding. See you all soon- hopefully!

**Chloe's Update**

Hi all!
Just your friendly stylist here checking in on you! I miss you guys already! As many of you know, the Governor’s new EO has extended our closing until June 10th. This all seems so surreal, but I know that it is necessary. I have faith that as a community we will do our best to adhere to the stay-at-home policy so that this virus will start to taper off, and the order will be lifted earlier than expected. Until then, Haley and I have agreed to essentially “freeze” our books. The time window with the original mandate already made for a booking/rescheduling disaster, and as you can imagine, pushing our projected open date that much further out (potentially) has created a booking nightmare. As time goes on and we get closer to knowing a re-open date, we will be reaching out to everyone individually to reschedule your appointments. Please be patient with us as we try our best to get everyone back in as quickly as possible.

Two things-
Chloe’s will be open for product purchasing, available for curb side pick-up and deliveries on certain days. We will be taking credit card purchases through Square, over the phone. If you should run out of shampoo, conditioner, or any other hair care essentials-we’ve got your back! Just call or text the salon with your order and we will be happy to pull it for you!

We are also putting together root touch-up kits for those guest who normally get single color retouches or gray coverage. These kits will include a pre-measured dose of your color formulated by your stylist, a brush, gloves, and instructions on how to apply.
I have had some questions about my blondes. Unfortunately, we cannot do color kits for our highlighted guests. Your salon services include lighteners and typically foils, and are not safe for us to send home. Trust me, it breaks our heart too! There are some techniques that you could do at home (we call them “root smudges”, or “root melts” in the salon) that help blur regrowth lines to make them less severe as your hair grows that we can send home as an option. I have also been seeing some blonde “touch up” sprays from different brands that might also help to hold you over in the meantime. Text me if you are interested in either option and we can try to find a temporary solution!
These color kits will also be available for curb-side pick up at the salon, porch pick-up, or delivery on certain days. Call, text, or message the salon if you are interested for more details.

In compliance with the state mandate, and for the well-being of our community Chloe’s will be closed for the next 30 days. Thank you for your continued patience and support during this uncertain time. If you have an appointment already on the book during this window, we will be reaching out to you shortly. Praying for everyone’s safety and sanity. Remember-do not pick up the kitchen scissors and cut your bangs, or find yourself aimlessly wandering around in the box color isle at your local pharmacy or grocery store 😂😂🤦‍♀️. We can do this! This is temporary!

Dear Guests-

I'm sending this note in response to the novel virus COVID-19.
As of now, Chloe’s continues to be operational with everyones safety a top priority. I understand that this situation can change quickly, and we will keep you updated of our status as time goes on.
At Chloe’s we diligently follow industry standards for salon sanitation, and in reaction to the virus have gone above and beyond to make sure that all surfaces and common areas have been wiped down and sanitized with proper CDC recommended disinfectants. As a extra precaution we will begin to limit our services to one guest at a time to cut down on traffic in the salon, and ask that guests come alone and not bring children, friends, significant others, etc. to their appointments at this time. We ask that you please respect your stylist and others around you and stay home if you are not feeling well, or are showing any symptoms. A list of symptoms has been included below for reference. If for any reason you feel uncomfortable coming in to the salon, please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.
We recognize that these are uncertain times and want you to know that the actions we take now and in the future in reaction to this pandemic are for your safety and wellbeing. As always, THANK YOU for your business and your trust during this difficult time. We love you all.
