Everything gets trapped in the frontal cortex of the brain and ruminates or flourishes there to one day be created or disregarded, so to let go of those painful or even happy memories. So when you take time to do your yoga and meditation you block out the fearful/sad vibrations from entering your vibration field and thus only having neutral/positive thoughts and experiences.

We must shift our chakra perspectives to match our thought patterns and so we will be only creating neighborly, thoughtful, and congenial moments.
