Happy International Self-Care Day!

Hi all...just a follow-up to last week's phone issues... Our phone line is working again, so you can call and leave messages.

Please note that we only pull messages one or two times a day, as the schedule allows. We try to return calls within 24-48 hours during our regular work week, but if you call on the weekend, we will not get back to you until the following Tuesday we open.

(Final note - if we attempt to return your call and receive a message that your voicemail is not set up or is full, we can't leave a message. Please call or email us again if you haven't received a return call within 48 hours, as the above issue may have occurred. Thank you!)

For the third time this month, our phone line is not working!! If you need to reach us, please contact us via email at: [email protected] OR DM us here thru messenger. We are sorry for the inconvenience - no one is more frustrated than we are!

If you have called and left a message since last Saturday, 6/27, please contact us again....we aren't ignorning you!! We have not gotten any messages since that morning, so please contact us again via email or DM! Thanks for your understanding!!

Once again our phone does not seem to be working properly (thanks Brightspeed for the *stellar* 🙄 service.) If you tried to call today and/or left us a message - we didn't get it and we can't call out as our phone has no dial tone and says the line is in use. ??? Trying to get any info or resolution is impossible. Hopefully tomorrow it will be working... in the meantime, feel free to DM us here or email us at: [email protected] and we can respond that way. Thanks!

Just a reminder that our prices will be increasing beginning in January. We are currently working on changing over the pricing on our website, so if it looks a little different or is not accessible, that is why. The new pricing will be shared out prior to January 1st.
