REMINDER:: 80% of aging coming from sun exposure and you want to look young forever right?! Preserve what you have now, even if you can already see damage.

❤️‍🔥Something I found really interesting during research is that after 30 SPF (which blocks 97% of UVB rays) the percentage of blocked rays only slightly goes up even in the SPF jumps tremendously. For example:SPF 50 blocks 98%, which is only one percent more than 30 SPF. SPF 100 is 99% blockage.
❤️‍🔥Also if you’re under-applying (which most of us do) you aren’t getting the listed level of protection!
❤️‍🔥I always recommend at least SPF 30!!
But If you need a little more wiggle room when it comes to reapplying, the higher spf will allow just a LITTLE more time and coverage.
