I have a sleep blend available with frankincense, cederwood, copabia & lavender! This is best to rub on your feet and legs 20 min before bed to improve your sleep! Keep in mind this is made with essential oils so the scent is not going to be super strong. Not recommended to use during the day as it has oils that can make you tired, best before bed!

I also have unscented available! This can be used before bed as well as during the day to help with muscle and joint pain!
