🌿 We’re Hiring: Part-Time Front Desk Concierge 🌿

Tranquility is looking for a warm, dependable, and confident Front Desk Concierge to join our team!

✨ Who we’re looking for:

• Genuinely friendly, welcoming, and comfortable interacting with people
• Exceptionally reliable and punctual
• Confident speaking on the phone and communicating in person
• A team player who takes pride in creating an outstanding guest experience

We can teach you our scheduling software and spa procedures—but warmth, dependability, strong communication skills, and a natural ability to connect with people are essential for this role.

✨ Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and helping them feel welcomed and cared for
• Answering phones and confidently explaining our services, products, and programs
• Scheduling appointments for multiple service providers
• Processing payments and selling gift cards
• Managing the flow of the daily schedule
• Keeping laundry moving throughout the shift
• Opening and closing the spa
• Supporting the team wherever needed

✨ Required availability:

• Mondays: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Wednesdays: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Every other Saturday: 1:00–6:00 PM

Approximately 12–13 hours per week. Applicants must be consistently available for all listed shifts.
