Waves In Motion Equine & Canine Massage
I offer equine & canine massage, red light therapy and PEMF. Serving most areas of Connecticut.
Charlie was really enjoying his PEMF/massage session today. You gotta love a horse who knows how to let it all go.

We couldn't get this sweet girl to stand still no less sit the first session. She was very hesitant about the process initially. Today, on her 3rd session, she plopped right down and really enjoyed her spa day
She has definitely figured out that it makes her feel better.

The sweet boy recently had his left hind leg amputated. The first step is to get any inflammation out of the area with a combination of PEMF and massage, and then we'll start working on strengthening that remaining hind leg. He's such a sweet dog.

I've been seeing a lot of new puppies around town lately. It reminded me of the "puppy sit" which is when the dog sits with its hind legs out to one side and not centered under its body. While this is perfectly normal for a puppy, if an older dog is sitting this way, it can be an early warning sign that the dog is not using itself correctly which can lead to knee ligament issues down the road. If caught early enough, there are holistic therapies such as PEMF, massage and Red Light Laser to help correct the imbalance along with exercises to get the dog sitting square and using itself correctly again. If you see your dog doing this, I provide all the above listed modalities. The sessions are in your home, so your dog can have a stress free experience. I am based in Milford, CT and will travel to adjacent towns. For more information on what PEMF and Red Light Laser are, please visit my website. www.wavesinmotionct.com

This is one of my regular clients. He is 12 years old and has some arthritis in his knees and hips. Notice in the top picture how his front legs are further under his body. Dogs will stand this way to take pressure off their hind ends if they are experiencing any pain. I worked on him today with a combination of massage, PEMF and Red Light Laser. By the end of the session, he was able to stand squarely as shown in the bottom picture. He is such a sweet dog and it is so nice to be able to bring him relief so he can enjoy his 'golden' years. Pun intended.

One of my newer clients, Zoe. She overdid it chasing squirrels. She has been responding very well to the PEMF sessions and is enjoying her spa day.

My latest client, Kevin...the Sarah Rescue mascot. There are many pictures of Kevin on the Sarah rescue page wearing various outfits for various occasions. He's such a sweet little boy.
We decided to see how Kevin would do with the PEMF today. Ariel had an amazing session and yesterday she even played a little bit which she hadn’t done in months. We look forward to seeing what progress Kevin can make with Penny.

If there was any doubt before whether or not Magnawave PEMF increases blood flood circulation, these are before/after pictures of a geriatric dog I am working on named Gus. His mobility has been reduced lately and the lack of movement had resulted in decreased circulation to the point where his legs were cold to to the touch. These two infrared heat camera pictures were taken approximately one hour apart.
Picture of Gus too...the dog who's legs these are.

My second visit with Ariel from Sarah Rescue. She is a double amputee and has been using her right front leg to support all of her weight for quite some time. We're working on building up her weak leg so she can better distribute her weight and move around more evenly. Between the Magnawave PEMF and the Low Level Laser, I'm hoping we can accomplish exactly that. She is such a sweet dog to work with and I'm grateful for the opportunity to work with her.

I had the opportunity today to work with Ariel, a double leg amputee. Ariel had been experiencing stiffness in parts of her body due to her condition. Between the massage, Red Light and PEMF (which I have recently named "the kitchen sink package") , we were able to loosen up her muscles and get her back on track with her mobility. I was rewarded with lots of doggy kisses and watched her enjoy a very nice after session stretch.
Ariel was rescued by Sarah Rescue , a nonprofit organization based in Stratford Connecticut. Nancy dedicated her life to rescuing dogs regardless of their medical or physical needs. The dogs she takes in obviously had a rough start to life, but it's clear they've all since hit the jackpot with Nancy.
