HELP WANTED: Social Media Reel Editor

I’m looking for someone to help edit Instagram Reels and TikTok videos for my makeup artistry business.

This could be a great opportunity for a high school or college student interested in social media, marketing, beauty, or content creation.

You do not need professional experience. If you’ve created or edited videos using apps like CapCut, Canva, InShot, VN, or similar apps, I’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:
• Editing short-form videos for Instagram and TikTok
• Adding captions, text, music, and simple transitions
• Helping turn makeup transformations, tutorials, and client videos into engaging content
• Following feedback and learning what performs well on social media

Training and guidance will be provided. I’m looking for someone who is creative, dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

I hear this all the time as a CT bridal makeup artist.
Wanting soft glam with a wing... and then worrying about slightly uneven eyes (or some other feature
No one's face is perfectly symmetrical and most of the time the difference is so subtle it only shows up once you're staring at yourself up close under bright lights.
As a makeup artist, I notice it so I can quietly balance things out, but I also know how easy it is to be hard on yourself in that moment.
We really are our own worst critics. Let's give ourselves the grace we give others
