Permanent makeup is designed to softly fade over time—and that’s a good thing! As the pigment fades, brows can start to lose some of their definition, richness, and shape. A color boost refreshes the pigment and brings them back to life while still keeping them soft and natural. 🤎

There is no one-size-fits-all timeline for maintenance. Some clients may be ready for a refresh around a year, while others can go 18 months, 2 years, or even longer. Skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, skincare products, and how your body holds pigment all play a role in how quickly your brows fade.

The goal isn’t to refresh them just because a certain amount of time has passed—it’s to refresh them when they actually need it. ✨

This transformation is about so much more than adding color.

After having squamous cell carcinoma removed from her lip in 2024, my client was left with an uneven lip border and a loss of natural definition. Lip blushing allowed us to carefully restore symmetry, redefine the shape, and bring back a soft, healthy-looking lip color.

This is one of the things I love most about permanent makeup—it’s not just cosmetic. It can help restore confidence after surgery, illness, or trauma.

Her lips will heal to a softer, more natural shade over the next several weeks, but the shape and balance we’ve created will remain.

My beautiful client came in with very light brows and wanted a result that felt effortless and natural—something that looked like her, just enhanced.

For her brows, we created soft hairstrokes in the front to mimic natural brow hair, paired with light shading throughout for subtle fullness and definition—perfect for an everyday, low-maintenance look.

To complete her transformation, we added a natural lash enhancement—a delicate pigment placed within the lash line to create the illusion of more depth, fuller lashes, and beautifully defined eyes… without looking like makeup.

I know I’ve been a little quiet on social media lately and haven’t been posting as much—truthfully, spring is always one of my busiest seasons (thank you for keeping me so busy 🤍), and I’ve also been soaking up every minute with my little guy, Enzo… who is somehow almost THREE 😭🥹
