Massage has many benefits and you don’t have to experience pain to receive them!
It’s important to me, to find that “sweet spot” as I like to call it. The perfect balance between keeping the body relaxed and comfortable while also applying pressure for a session to be therapeutic and beneficial for my client.
I don’t want to push folks too far, but I do want to make sure you leave feeling better than how you walked in. 🙂

✏️ I have a few more openings left for this coming Friday! ✏️

Happy 250th America!

I hope folks will be celebrate by cooling off in the water today. This heat has been something else. 🥵
Don’t forget to hydrate as the festivities unfold!
