Since opening in 2018, Lavender Nail has always prioritized health and hygiene, while providing a calm and relaxing experience for every client.

For the health of both our clients and staff, we do not offer Acrylic nail services.

We carefully disinfect and sanitize all metal tools after every client, and many of our materials are disposable and single-use only. Cleanliness and hygiene are never something we compromise on.

We are also an appointment-only salon. This is because we want to make sure every client has enough time for their service, so no one feels rushed and no one has to wait. Our goal is for every visit to feel calm, quiet, and relaxing.

When you call to make an appointment, we may ask about the services you would like. This simply helps us schedule enough time for you so your visit will be comfortable and unhurried.

We are a small local salon, and we truly appreciate every client who supports us. Our goal is not to be the biggest salon, but to be a place where people can relax, feel comfortable, and trust our work.

Lavender Nail would like to do our small part to help customers who still have I Spa gift cards after their closing.

I Spa Gift Card Policy:

• For each customer, when the same-day service total reaches $50 or more, you may use $5 from an I Spa gift card toward your payment.

• Each customer may use up to $5 per visit.

• One gift card may be used by multiple customers on the same day, but each person must have a service total of $50 or more to use $5.

• Gift cards cannot be used for tips.

• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lavender Nail wants to ensure every customer has a relaxing and quality experience, so we are currently appointment only. If you would like to give our services a try, please call in advance to schedule your appointment.

Lastly, this policy is valid long term, and Lavender Nail reserves the right of final interpretation of this policy.
