Many of you know me through the Chinese Medical Bodywork Clinic, but cultivation of the mind has been a central part of my life for decades.
The Center is where I teach that work.
Meditation. Qigong. Neigong. Internal cultivation. A progressive path designed to develop attention, Qi, perception, body and mind through direct practice.

In my system of internal cultivation (Qigong-Neigong), there is no separation of the physical and the internal, it is one "energy" appearing in different characteristics.
Move the body, untie the mind. Focus the mind, untie the body.
This exercise can be done 1-5mins a day, and when you become familar with it, effortlessness appears. Then some deeper work can begin 😎

A shorter, targeted treatment for a specific area of pain, tension, limited movement, or physical discomfort. A good choice when there is one primary concern you want to address.
Tui Na & Qigong Therapy
60 min • $100 | 90 min • $150
A comprehensive Chinese Medical Bodywork treatment combining Tui Na methods with Qigong Therapy. Treatment is based on your individual presentation and may include acupoints, channel work, abdominal palpation, cupping, gua sha, moxa, and other methods as appropriate.
Children's Tui Na & Qigong Therapy
30 min $55 ｜60 min • $90
Age-appropriate Chinese Medical Bodywork for children and adolescents. Treatment is adapted to the child’s individual presentation, age, and comfort. For children under 18, a parent or guardian remains present during treatment.
3 & 5 Treatment Plans are also available on all services.

Children’s Tui Na & Qigong Therapy
Children’s Chinese Medical Bodywork provides age-appropriate treatment for a range of concerns, from minor everyday complaints to more complex concerns that have already been medically evaluated or diagnosed.
Tui Na and Qigong Therapy are part of the clinical bodywork of Chinese Medicine. Treatment is adapted to the child’s age, size, individual presentation, and needs.
Treatment Options
Children’s Focused Tui Na
30 minutes | $55
A shorter, focused treatment for a specific concern. This may include minor aches or injuries, muscle and joint discomfort, restricted movement, sore throat, congestion, fatigue, or digestive discomfort.
Treatment is directed primarily toward the presenting concern using age-appropriate Tui Na techniques.
Children’s Tui Na & Qigong Therapy
60 minutes | $90
A more comprehensive treatment for broader, ongoing, or multiple concerns, including conditions that have already been medically evaluated or diagnosed.
This treatment combines Tui Na with Qigong Therapy and allows for a broader Chinese Medicine assessment of the child’s individual presentation. Qigong Therapy involves influencing Qi (bio-energy) through acupoints, meridians, and Qi as part of the treatment.
Treatment is reassessed according to how the child responds, with follow-up recommendations made accordingly.
For children under 18, a parent or guardian remains present during treatment.
