I've never been one for resolutions. I know how awful I can be about forming new habits! Of course, just like everyone, I did spend a lot of time reflecting on my past year.

I tried to focus on what I did instead of what I didn't. I allowed myself to cherish precious memories that I used to be too stressed to see.
I spent more time living in the moment and enjoying the little things.

One of my clients inspired me to pick a word going into the new year. That's what she does instead of a resolution. I loved the idea 💡
