When they were young, our kids ran away from us, now they beg to get adjusted! You'll find both boys in the office training on Proteus and taking advantage of all the office has to offer. Chiropractic care for athletes is nothing new, the Seahwaks, Mariners and all major league teams keep one (or more!) on staff. We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to become the face of our busy and thriving practice! If you enjoy helping people, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to meet you and encourage you to apply!
 
What You’ll Do:
· Warmly greet and check in/check out patients
 
· Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
· Answer multi-line phones with professionalism and care
· Process payments and maintain accurate records
· Assist with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
· Prior medical reception experience required
· Experience with ChiroTouch is a plus
· Reliable and ready to begin training ASAP
· Willing to work two Saturdays a month 7:30am-2:00pm in addition to weekday hours- some evenings
