The Year of Growth

I couldn't be more excited to announce that I am officially a Certified Equine Dental Technician with the International Association Of Equine Dentistry.

I've gained a bunch of new followers recently, so I think this is the perfect time to introduce myself and share my journey.

My name is Kyra Walizer. Ten years ago, I graduated from the American School Of Equine Dentistry. Over the past couple years, my business has really started to take off, and I knew I wanted to further my education. My main goal was to become IAED certified.

In January, I attended the Equine Dental School Of Texas. I met some amazing people and learned so much during my time there. I was amazed at how much this field has changed over the past 10 years After attending the school in January, my main focus was mastering everything I had learned and preparing for my certification in May.

Between January and May, I floated over 60 horses. It was an extremely busy couple of months, but it was exactly what I needed to build my confidence before certifying. I then traveled to Afton Wyoming, where I spent a week working under some of the very best in the business to prepare for the certification. It was an incredible experience.

Not only did I pass my certification, but I also received the highest score in my entire class.

I'm so thankful for my friends and family who have pushed me to chase my dreams. Horses have been my entire life, and nothing is more rewarding than helping these amazing animals.

This is just the beginning of the next chapter of my career, and I couldn't be more excited to see what the future holds. 🐴🦷🧚🏼‍♀️
