✨Targeting tension with cupping therapy✨

Cupping is one of my favorite tools for releasing stubborn muscle tightness and improving circulation. It helps lift and decompress the tissues, allowing for deeper relief, especially in the shoulders and upper back.

I offer cupping as a $5 add-on to any massage session, must be added in advance. If you’re feeling extra tight or just want to try something new! With fall approaching I will have more availability on my calendar and perhaps a back to school sale.

Getting settled into my cute new space! I’m just down the hall from my old room, but now there’s a cozy, comfortable waiting area where you can relax before your session.

If it’s been a while since your last visit, I recommend booking in advance, appointments tend to fill up quickly. I’m also planning to add more weekday hours as we head into autumn. 🍁

Exciting news!
I’ve officially moved into Suite 104, still in the same building as before. It comes with the sweetest little waiting area! No more waiting in the hallway, now you can relax in this cozy space, enjoy some water, and take a moment to zen out before your session.

My treatment room is still completely private, but the waiting area is shared with two other practitioners, so please keep sound to a minimum to avoid disrupting anyone else’s session.

Starting July 13th, all appointments will be held in this new space. I can’t wait to welcome you in! 💛
